Makes the sounds as the real drums!

Great instrument! Very slight latency with faster, more complex rhythms.

Fun and realistic. Worth the .99

The sounds are nice enough, and it is fun once you figure out how to make it work for you. But doing complicated rhythms is difficult and takes time to get used to. Tapping out well-spaced notes isnt a problem, but dont expect to do complicated 16th-note ethnic patterns while keeping good tempo. Samples on headphones are nice, being able to hear the resonant bass of the "doom" helps the effect. When using the "finger roll" sound, try using two 16th-notes before hitting a quarter note beat; it creates a better roll.

Sound level is way to soft, even with my Altec Lansing portable speaker. Please boost the levels!

I like it. It was just what I expected.

Very cute, well worth a dollar. The little dancer moves to your music and the tabla & finger cymbals are fun to play with, sound better than Id thought for the price.

I really like this app. However I would really really really like to have a pop and a slap in place of a couple of the teks. Why would you need 3 teks?

This is a fun little app but it could be so much better, with just a few improvements. As has been mentioned, the addition of a few other sounds would make this much richer sounding. Also, there is a lag from the time of the tap, till the time of the sound. And, the volume is too low and needs to be increased. To the dev: please update this sweet little app so it can be all it should be... Thanks.

I love this app mostly for its simplicity and immediate entertainment value. Its just what the doctor ordered for filling those small gaps in your day between meetings, calls, or just when you need a fun diversion for a few moments. More of this, please!

No updates = poor rating. I cant imagine why any dev would let such a gem of an app sit like this it needs love and updates (and RECORD). Update: Id actually like to update and say that this app Is BEGGING for a record function so beats can be heard and shared. Surprising it was already plemented since it is such a universal function with thesentypes of apps.

I must say its a very good app give as some more roll 1 roll 2 roll 3 roll 4...? I love it its cool iam a bongo player so , i know it can be better....tak1 roll tak2 roll and tak3 roll....?

Nice app---but-----does not sound anything like a tabla. Sounds more like middle eastern percussion.

I wont say its a bad app but its definitely not for people who know what real tabla is all about...no comparison to the real thing! Great for kids to tap away on ur new iPhone :-s
